Our Youth Jiu Jitsu class provide a fun, structured, and safe environment where children build confidence, discipline, and practical self-defense skills. Students learn age-appropriate close proximity encounters, escapes, positional control, and teamwork while improving coordination, balance, and respect for others. Our youth class maintains a non-hitting or kicking atmosphere. Every class emphasizes character development, perseverance, and learning through positive encouragement.
Monday-Thursday: Gi (the traditional kimono (durable jacket + reinforced pants with belt)) Friday: NoGi (form fitting athletic shirt and shorts)

Our Gi Jiu Jitsu class teach traditional grappling and self-defense in the kimono (gi: durable jacket + reinforced pants with belt), emphasizing technique, leverage, and control over strength. Our No-Gi Jiu Jitsu class focuses on fast-paced grappling and practical self-defense without the traditional gi (wearing a form fitting athletic shirt and shorts). Students develop wrestling-based takedowns, clinch control, escapes, guard work, positional dominance, and submissions while improving movement, balance, speed, and overall athleticism. Training is safe, structured, and suitable for beginners through advanced practitioners.

Our Striking class develops effective stand-up skills through a blend of boxing and kickboxing fundamentals in a safe, structured environment. Students learn proper stance, footwork, punches, kicks, defensive movement, timing, and combinations while building confidence, coordination, conditioning, and discipline. The class is designed for beginners and experienced students looking to improve both self-defense and overall athletic performance.
